Lisa Smith is one of the most inspirational people that I have met. I met Lisa when I was working at the Cheyenne Animal Shelter. She is an active volunteer; when her disease allows her to be. Lisa has MS and was also diagnosed with PTSD as she is a US Navy Veteran. Most days you would never know that she is competing with a disease because Lisa is so outgoing and so warm hearted!
Paula Cooke who is an outstanding dog trainer has stepped in to help Lisa Smith. Paula owns a beautiful German Shepherd, Bella, who has recently given birth to ten adorable puppies! One of these puppies will be chosen as Lisa's future service dog. Paula has generously decided to raise and train one of the German Shepherd puppies to help Lisa with her struggles as she fights this disease.
Lisa has reached out to me to photograph these puppies and whenever Paula picks which lucky puppy will be Lisa's service dog, I will photograph him/her for the next year. I will be documenting the growth of the German Shepherd pup as it matures and learns. I invite my followers to follow and share this amazing story. New pictures will be posted monthly.
